My only minor issue is that I bought a new one and the packaging itself was torn. And the new item was not properly secured. The package is okay. No tears at all. The product is easy to use. Secure the armrest to the nylon buckle. Insert the USB into the computer. Wireless charging was tested on two different I-Phones.
